Return Policy
How to request a return within 30 days after delivery.
Use the NRP Support form before ordering, returning a product, or shipping any component when you need clarification.
Return window and condition
Customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery. The product must be in reasonable condition for review, and proof of purchase may be requested.
Contact NRP first
Use the Support form before sending a product back. NRP will review the request and provide return instructions when the return is approved. Sending a product without approval does not guarantee acceptance.
Return shipping
NRP covers standard return shipping for approved returns. Follow the supplied packaging and shipping instructions so the product can be identified and inspected.
Installation and product condition
A product damaged by incorrect installation, modification, misuse, or an improper application may not qualify as defective. NRP does not charge a restocking or return-processing fee for an approved return.
