One-year limited coverage for manufacturing defects in current NRP products.
Use the NRP Support form before ordering, returning a product, or shipping any component when you need clarification.
One-year limited warranty
Current NRP products are covered for one year from delivery against manufacturing defects. NRP will review the product and order information before approving a warranty remedy.
What is not covered
The limited warranty does not cover incorrect installation, modification, abuse, misuse, an improper application, normal wear, or damage that is not caused by a manufacturing defect.
Making a claim
Use the Support form with the order number, NRP part number, refrigerator model, description of the issue, and photos when available. Do not send a product unless NRP provides instructions.
Compatibility and installation
Confirm compatibility before ordering and follow the refrigerator manufacturer's service guidance. Warranty review may include the selected model, installation, original hardware, and how the product was used.
